Defense Glass Limited Warranty

Windshield Repair

If the chip or crack become larger after a repair has been performed, we will credit the cost of the repair toward a windshield replacement. If your insurance company paid for the repair, the insurance company will receive the credit, and you may still be responsible for your full deductible.

We guarantee that the repaired portion of the windshield will not crack further and that the repair will pass any state vehicle inspections, or we will credit the repair toward replacement.

This guarantee applies as long as you own or lease the vehicle and is non transferrable.

Windshield Replacement limited warranty

Automobile glass is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle in which the glass is installed so long as such defect are brought to the attention of Defense Glass within fourteen (14) days of discovery of defect.

There shall be no other guarantees or warranties, express or implied.

This guarantee applies as long as you own or lease the vehicle and is non transferrable.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover leaks or related damage in connection with installations to vehicles having damage or rust on the pinch weld.

Auto glass damage resulting from vehicle collision, auto theft, vandalism, owner negligence, future rock chips or cracks after repair or replacement has been completed and natural disaster is excluded from our auto glass repair and replacement warranty.

Payment

Your insurance company may cover all or partial cost of repairs and replacements. You will be responsible to cover applicable deductible amounts and may be responsible for any additional amount that your insurance company does not cover.
